Phenomenal Experience
I never felt the need to give reviews or ratings, but I’ll make an exception for ila. I’ve been an ila family member for almost two years, and I can confidently say that’s it’s been, by far, the best experience I’ve ever had with a financial institution. The ease of use, the functionality, the support(contact center), products and services, the list goes on and on of how they’ve mastered every aspect possible, not to mention their engagement with customers through their social media accounts.. it’s truly unbelievable. Finally a bank that listens to their customers, applies their suggestions and takes into consideration any feedback. Not to mention they’ve got some cool looking ATM and now credit cards. Even the speed at which cards are packaged and delivered is unparalleled. Thank you, ila!

When I turned 18 I wanted to open a bank account, so waiting a little and thinking about Ila I opened a bank account. Very clear instructions are given and it doesn’t take long most of the things if not everything can be done from the Ila app no need to go anywhere to give any documents everything is online.

Too much problems with the registration
The app is not working properly, always crashes and gives error. I can't complete the steps, 10 days trying to register with no hope, the mobile number when entered gives error though it is correct, then I contacted your support group and waited for 3 days to finally received an email closing my case with no solution!! I deleted the app and downloaded it again and this time the validation link gives error.!! I think you MUST give more attention to the technical status of your app. Thank you
